Events Assistant | Part-time position

The Events Assistant will work with the Communications and Creative Director to plan/promote/execute all church wide events including but not limited to concerts, Worship and Prayer Night, Easter weekend, Sunset Service, and Christmas in the Park. They will assist in other ministry (not church wide) events including but not limited to Women’s Winter Brunch, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day, Power Up Clubs, Fundraisers (ex: Four Oaks 4K).

Youth Ministry Assistant | Part-time position

The Youth Ministry Assistant (YMA) for Four Oaks Youth will serve under the direction and authority of the Youth Ministry Director (YMD) and the supervision of the Youth Ministry Coordinator (YMC) in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: assisting with planning and preparation for Sunday morning Youth classes & Wednesday night Youth group; supporting the administrative needs of the Four Oaks youth ministry (i.e. social media, communications, scheduling, retreat & special event logistics, shopping, etc); and collaborating with the YMD and YMC to determine best practices for student discipleship, parent partnership, and volunteer leader ownership.

Office Administrator Full-time or 3/4-time position

The Office Administrator is responsible for helping ensure the church office is run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include front desk hospitality, office management, human resources, and volunteer coordination. The OA must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain a welcoming, productive, and Christ- exalting office environment. The position is either full- (Sun-Thur) or 3⁄4-time (Mon-Thur).

Women’s Ministry & Local Missions Director Full-time or 3/4-time position

The Women’s Ministry & Local Ministry Director is responsible to lead Women’s Ministry and Local Missions to help, train, encourage, and mobilize others treasure, grow in, and go with the Gospel. This is a salaried position with benefits available, and it can be either full- or 3/4-time.

Four Oaks Youth 2026 Summer Interns | Part-time position

The Youth Ministry Summer Interns will focus primarily on building meaningful, gospel-centered relationships with students as well as supporting the Youth staff in executing summer camps, missions trips, and special events. The intern role emphasizes presence, connection, and spiritual investment through one-on-one meetings, small group involvement, and participation in all aspects of summer programming for our ministry. This opportunity will also provide hands-on training, development, and discipleship for each intern as they discern their gifts and calling in the space of youth ministry.

Four Oaks Kids 2026 Summer Intern | Part-time position

We’re looking for a Summer Intern to join the Four Oaks Kids staff! This 12-week, part-time position is an opportunity for spiritual growth and hands-on ministry as you serve alongside our staff. You’ll spend your weeks mentoring kids in our classrooms on Sundays, bringing the energy to Power Up Clubs, and helping us host summer events. You'll have opportunities for weekly discipleship as you discern how God might be calling you to use your gifts in a children's ministry setting.
